ESP Growth Portfolio Service completes further Forestry acquisition

Stellar Asset Management has recently completed a further forestry acquisition on behalf of its ESP Growth investors. It has acquired the plantation known as Greenness which comprises 116 hectares of spruce conifers some five miles from Turiff in Aberdeenshire.

Commenting on its third Forestry acquisition in recent months, Jonathan Gain CEO of Stellar stated ‘Greenness is an ideal opportunity for our investors, it is heavily stocked with Sitka spruce and needs some immediate harvesting as it has lacked management in recent years. The remainder of the young and mid-rotation crops will provide an excellent store of value for the future.’
