We are delighted to introduce you to our Client Services & Operations team who are your primary contacts for assisting with enquiries. Their primary objective is to put advisers and investors first.
Client Services & Operations provide administrative support to all Stellar clients. They are the main point of contact for adviser and investor enquiries.
All enquiries are recorded in a customer service management tool. This gives complete visibility, allowing the team to manage and monitor queries from initiation to completion.
Client queries received via email, telephone or in writing are responded to promptly and the team endeavour to provide a high-quality service. Regular updates are provided to keep customers informed of the progress of their enquiry.
Our experienced team pride themselves on being welcoming, approachable and always willing to assist, putting the client experience at the core.
Feedback is welcomed and highly valued. This feedback helps the team to review and continually improve the service offered.
