Georgia Gale is the Founder and Director of Homegrown Property Development Ltd, formed in 2015, based in North London and focused on property development projects throughout the Midlands and the South East. The company is privately owned and family run, dedicating itself to only a handful of worthwhile projects at a time.
Homegrown laid its foundations in the planning sphere, focusing on acquisitions and achieving added value through changes of use, permitted development rights, redesign and renovation. Whilst at the same time providing planning consultation to a number of clients, Georgia established a clear direction for the company which was to bring buildings into use in their most beneficial form and to maximise the value of an asset.
The Barker Buildings development is Homegrown’s first large building project, with two more in the pipeline for 2021 and 2022.
