Stellar has entered into a joint venture with Homegrown Property Development (HPD) to convert
the former Barker Shoe factory in Northamptonshire into 68 residential apartments, ranging from studio
to two-bedroom apartments. Construction of The Barker Buildings is anticipated to complete in Q1 2022.
