CVS Group was established in 1999 and is one of the largest integrated veterinary services providers in the UK. Since floating on AIM in 2007, at a £106m valuation, sales and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) have increased from £39m and £5.1m respectively to £554m and £107m for the year ended June 2022.
