The Client Services & Operations team aims to deliver excellent customer service and will strive to get it right first time, every time.
We will:
Provide a consistent, co-ordinated, and proactive service
Act with integrity
Treat our customers fairly, with respect and courtesy
Ensure our team members are trained and have the skills to provide high-quality service
Respond to queries within 24-48 hours and keep customers updated until resolution
Work collaboratively with other Stellar departments to achieve a joined-up and seamless approach to delivering service excellence
Listen to and use customer feedback to enhance our service
Look to continually improve our processes and procedures to enhance the Stellar customer experience
Continually monitor and review our service providers to ensure their customer service is aligned to our expectations
