Stellar and the community
Team Stellar undertakes a number of charitable events every year and this year saw us take part in a cycle ride to raise money for a cause very close to Jonathan's heart. His partner's daughter was diagnosed with leukaemia at the age of 4 and underwent two years of chemotherapy. Amelia is now 8 and has been in remission for about 18 months.
Amelia and her mum, Julie, would like to raise money for those charities which supported them so magnificently in this terribly difficult time.
Beat Cancer Fun Day was organised by Julie, Jonathan and a few fantastic friends and took place on 17 September 2011. It was a day of musicality and entertainment for all the family. Further details can be found on www.beatcancerfunday.webs.com
To raise further funds Team Stellar cycled 50 miles through the glorious New Forest in Hampshire on 18 September 2011.
